Position KPI

  • Take charge of the administrative operations of the organization.
  • Vendor payment management, raw material and finished goods stock keeping, security and safety.
  • HR functions, Admin, Operational, Support and Legal counsel.
  • Payment cycle Administration.
  • Support CEO in management of administrative costs and budgets.
  • Manage the Human Resource function of organization.
  • Support CEO in management of legal counsel & legacy legal matters.
  • Tender documentation management and follow-ups.
  • Operate as an internal administrative check on sales team with following reports to CEO:
  •  a) Purchase to stock verification.
  •  b) Tender submission accuracy and success rate
