- Take charge of the administrative operations of the organization.
- Vendor payment management, raw material and finished goods stock keeping, security and safety.
- HR functions, Admin, Operational, Support and Legal counsel.
- Payment cycle Administration.
- Support CEO in management of administrative costs and budgets.
- Manage the Human Resource function of organization.
- Support CEO in management of legal counsel & legacy legal matters.
- Tender documentation management and follow-ups.
- Operate as an internal administrative check on sales team with following reports to CEO:
- a) Purchase to stock verification.
- b) Tender submission accuracy and success rate
