Primary Experience in
Digital & Marketing Communication/ Innovation
BSc/MS in Computer Science. MBA will be a plus
• Comfortable dealing with technology and learning about new technology solutions.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to lead a team in an uncertain environment.
• Ability to make decisions in the grey.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Imagination and creativity, desire to make a difference.
• Plan how to launch an end-to-end Digital.
• Do vendor analysis to evaluate the potential technology partners out there who offer the kind of back-end and front-end flexibility that we are looking for
• Formulate the features to include in the product. This includes front-end interface, billing features, contextual up selling capabilities, as well as the communication features (video calling, voice messages etc.)
• Plan and do extensive customer testing on all the features to get developed.
• Lead a cross-functional team that comprises of Product, Technology and Brand personnel to ensure complete delivery of the end product.
• Develop the Go-to-market strategy along with a future road map for scaling the platform.
Years of Experience
5-6 years of working experience with technology solutions. Strong Commercial Product delivery experience.
