· Strong leadership, collaboration and Stakeholder Management skills

· Deep understanding of Digital Gaming especially E-sports

· Effective communicator with a clear focus on achieving an end objective

· Possesses the technical and negotiation capabilities to work efficiently in a start-up environment

· Strong Business Development expertise in digital space, specifically E-sports/gaming

· Should have connection with Publishers and platform provider.

· Experience within the e-sports industry in the areas of sales, sponsorship, and marketing

· Previous experience of working in a tech start-up is also a plus

· Develop strategical relationships with Game publishers, communities, marketers, and digital OTT players

· Grow the E-sports brand and community presence in Pakistan for the brand.

· Onboard AAA game publishers to the platform along with other high engagement game publishers to expand platform offering

· Develop sustainable partnerships with Gaming brands to associate with and contribute to our platform
