Bachelor’s in marketing/ Computer Science/Mathematics OR MBA(From a recognized university)with a similar background

Primary Skills

Have an understanding of Android and IOS platforms. 

The undertaking of  basic analytics tools like Google Analytics ,Firebase , MixPanel 

 Experience in  application and website development in an agile way of work 

 Experience of design thinking, execution, product development, digital marketing, data analysis, insights , segmentation 

 Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable. 

 Demonstrated history of conducting quantitative analyses that have driven valuable change or optimization in a business context Excellent communication skills in English(both verbal & written) 

Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment 

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work on tight deadlines 

 Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization 

 Good commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate competence in data analysis and reporting 

 Proficient in MS Excel/Project 

 Leadership Skills 

Good  planning and organizing skills 

 Team building skills 

 Technical App development  knowledge a must

Position KPI

To build ,manage and maintain complete ownership of all the Digital Channels being offered to customers.

These channels would include  App/Website and Zero Redirected Portals. 

 Formulating & Executing the Digital Channels strategy 

 Complete ownership of all the User Interface/ Integrations on the App/Website and Portal.

 Responsible for a llUI/UX testing and implementing design thinking behind building every aspect of these channels. 

 Finalizing feature rollout plans with the vendor and internal tech teams. Wire framing, design finalization ,and proto typing of all new features. 

 Growth Hacking :Responsible for extracting all Consumer and Business Insights for the APP, performing the necessary analytics to track budget, monitor statistics, determine trends, variances and identifies opportunities for improvement and scaling up of the Digital Channels.

Identifying and explore new for APP for driving engagement. 

 Responsible for entire Customer Lifecycle Management and UI/ UX of the App.

Preparing forecast for the APP, including channel-wise acquisition, engagement & retention  projections. 

 Manage end to end data analytics for the APP eco-system.
