Manager
· Achieve revenue growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Execute commercial strategy by achieving sales objectives, forecasting and developing annual sales
quotas for region/territory; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
· Implement strategic sales plan to expand customer base and ensure strong presence in market. Build
and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
· Identify emerging markets trends, new products and competition status.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends; analyze sales statistics to determine business
growth vs. potential.
· Manage volume deliverables, budget, consideration of Growth Over Last Year, expansion planning,
market share sustainability, and achievement.
· Provide support in managing pricing strategies, trade incentives & offers, performance monitoring, KPI
management, benchmarking, discounts & promotion activities.
· Manage credit sales and compliance on credit policy.
· Planning and execution of trade marketing events. Customers meetings, customer satisfaction survey,
creating a customer-centric organization.\
· Maintain and share Market Intelligence information with higher management, from each territory.
· Implement advertisement and promotional campaigns in assigned territories, ensuring availability & visibility of the product on all active retail outlets in the region.
· Maintain sales volume & selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends,
economic indicators and competitors. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, to capture key
demographics
· Provide sales support to distribution partners & facilitate closing sales deals.
· Maintain dealer network and allocate targets on daily/monthly basis as per requirements of sales.
· Assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage
conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans.
· Maximize sales team potential, motivate, and encourage, mentor sales teams to achieve desired KPIs.
· Manage objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team/representatives.
· Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
