§ Proven experience and technical ability to understand and engage simultaneously with multiple verticals, large-scale projects and teams
§ Extraordinary interpersonal, management and negotiation skills including track record of interactions at senior levels in the Government
§ Demonstrated track record for analytical, creative and innovative problem-solving
§ Excellent writing and presentation skills
§ Experience with data analytics, quantitative analysis, numbers will be preferred
§ Contribute to establishing robust and efficient delivery structure and systems for advisory projects
§ Design, iterate and streamline business processes for optimal delivery of internal and external commitments
§ Manage cross-functional teams (resident and non-resident across regions) to achieve synergies and enhance performance
§ Contribute significantly to planning and implementation functions for the Advisory services portfolio ensuring compliance with time, cost and resource allocations
§ Own and deliver on the project work plans in close coordination with other functions
§ Manage and grow relationships with clients and other stakeholders
§ Develop synergies of ongoing Advisory projects with Growth and Thought Leadership functions
§ Contribute to Thought Leadership products and publications
