Position KPI

• Implement employer brand strategies, programs and tools for effective and compelling candidate experiences. • Utilize different channels to promote employee success stories, culture, work environment & teams to create unique brand identity. • Help in creation of videos for promoting organization's teams & work environment. • Develop communications to drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media channels. • Developing and projecting employee value proposition. • Manager career website, Linkedin, Facebook careers page to ensure that the content is current, relevant and engaging. • Advocate and manage employer brand proposition, brand voice and brand position with internal & external stakeholders to increase social reach and engagement across all channels. • Design content to promote segment specific career opportunities such as for students, fresh graduates, experience professionals, female employees etc. • Assess and measure the success of branding channels including social media such as linkedin, career website and other hiring campaigns. • To ensure that the company projects the right image that helps to draw in right fit talent. • Conduct overall analysis of employer brand positioning including identification of Unique Selling Points for candidates, key differentiators which set apart from it’s competitors etc. • Developing & projecting employee value proposition.


Years of Experience

3 - 4 years of working experience in marketing or HR in roles related to recruitment, employer branding, advertising, social media management or brands. Hands on experience of content development for branding/advertising
