( CAT-3500, CAT-4500, CAT-6500, CAT-3800) • Cisco Routers ( 2800, 3700) • Cisco Load Balancers - ACE • ISE / ACS • NAC Solutions • SNMP Software – SolarWinds etc. • NetFlow Solutions / Stealth Watch • VPNs and Secure channels • Jump Host and MDM Solutions • Experience on following will be an added advantage: • Microsoft Windows Server (Multiple Variants) • Linux (Multiple Variants). • Microsoft Windows as Supplicant. • Miscellaneous SDN Solutions. • Multi Factor Authentication Solutions
• The person will be responsible to work with and through rest of the team members in order to deliver the backend Office/Enterprise Network Services and other related services to all internal customers. • The person will be responsible to manage Enterprise Network Environment and regularly making changes to ASA(s) and FPR(s) as per business requirement while making sure all security protocols have been met before making changes. • The person will be responsible to act as Level 2 support for End User Compute Network Services. • The person will be responsible to ensure, perform and maintain backups of all Network nodes and comply with all organizational requirements for any reactive response to a disaster or down time situations. • Remain available 24×7 for providing technical guidance to all business units. • 24x7 availability to support and respond to any request initiated by business units, vendors and remotely connected business partners. • Follow a defined, on-call support model to support through non-office hours when required. • Provide integrations of business applications into Cloud and Data Center Network after ensuring due documentation of changes made. • Responsible for daily monitoring and escalating any network health problems. • Participate in all L1 and L2 troubleshooting on Network environment and ensuring L3 support from Vendor. • Documentations that include but not limited to changes, work orders, Root Cause Analysis, Reporting and Information Logging. • Internal/external stakeholders management & design efficient SLAs • The person will be responsible to participate in renewal of annual support & maintenance contracts. • Delivery of support services through vendor/partners • All tasks escalated through organization defined line management for supporting business and working through troubleshooting when required.
