Position KPI

• Assesses annually compliance risks and mitigating activities and controls with key stakeholders for policy areas owned by Compliance (Anti-Corruption and Third Party Compliance Risk Management) with support from Local Risk Manager. • Presents top compliance risks and mitigating activities in Local Risk Forums • Provides compliance risk assessment and status updates to Chief Compliance Officer, Local Compliance Committee and the BU Board of Directors, or upon request. • Facilitates the process of requesting exceptions to Group Policies/Manuals in order to comply with local laws and regulations in collaboration with the local Legal Department and other relevant Local Policy Owners and stakeholders. • Presents for information the Code of Conduct and Group Policies and Manuals updates to the Local Compliance Committee. • Coordinates development of other Local Governing Documents and ensures that they are aligned with Group requirements • Ensures local implementation of requirements related to policies related to compliance in particular and other policies in general. • Prepare status of implementation of governing documents for subsequent submission to the local BOD and local Compliance Committee. • Ensures proper training and awareness of third party risk, anti-corruption and the Code of Conduct. • Handle inquiries from the Hotline, day-to-day questions and issues that arise regarding the Compliance Programme, involving relevant Local Policy Owners for policy areas not owned by Compliance. • Provide risk-based training to employees within relevant target groups for policy areas owned by Compliance and on relevant compliance programme topics in line with the Local Compliance Program. • Help ECO Provide on boarding training to Local Policy Owners and periodic training on their roles and responsibilities related to the Compliance Programme. • Develop and run local awareness campaigns to raise general knowledge of the Code of Conduct, the Compliance Programme and Policies owned by Compliance. • Monitors incoming concerns from the hotline and ongoing investigations and identifies in cooperation with Chief Compliance Officer any needs for immediate actions. • Analyses final fact finding reports for compliance incidents conducted by local management / function appointed by GIA&I and uploaded to the NAVEX hotline system. • Recommends courses of action in consultation with relevant stakeholders, such as Local Policy Owners, Legal and HR for decision by relevant line management. Reports status and issues to Local Co • Conduct Due Diligence focusing on Anti-Corruption and Third Party Risks with sourcing and other teams to identify prevailing risks and ensure mitigating actions. • Ensure proper and regular reporting of the E&C performance and KPI monitoring to the ECO, local compliance committee and the group compliance team.
