Initiate, co-ordinate, and develop the business cases for promotional/tactical offers for the circle channel teams Analyze current Solution portfolio, recommend and execute improvements focusing on higher margins and low churn. Work with pricing team to manage the overall B2B Solutions portfolio in line with overall business strategy. Work closely with circle B2B business managers and their teams to look after B2B business interests and ensure profitability. Ensure proper delegation of business tools to the circle teams, with relevant controls to improve performance and visibility. Develop new proposition based on customer needs as well as competitor offerings Ensure Segment reporting of KPIs to the Management and group. Liaise with the BI team to ensure relevant data is available for Business Solutions teams’ timely and effectively. Work with Brands and Activations teams to create Business Solutions presence across all relevant marketing platforms, including but not limited to conventional marketing platforms and digital. Lead the talent development and performance management of the Business solutions team, comprising of foundation level resources. Conducting Pre and Post campaign analysis for all B2B Solutions campaigns. Conduct and present monthly lookback analysis for the B2B Solutions customer base. Work closely with the Business Segment team to design and launch the right enterprise solutions and services for our SME and corporate customers (DPLC, IPLC, PRI, VPBX, IPT, CSMS, and MAD etc.)
