1. Monitoring all marketing and sales activities in the absence of HOD. 2. Provide operating training and answering procedural queries to the technical and clinical staff 3. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, researching and recommending service improvements. 4. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. 5. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information includes quotations, installation and feedback forms. 6. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks and attend meetings with doctors for clinical discussion and meeting with the technical staff at hospitals. 7. Assisting the Head of Departments in finalizing the deals. 8. Provide demonstration and installation of all kind of medical equipment. 9. Preparation of tender documents and following up with the private and government sectors. 10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 11. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
