1. Responsible for managing the activities of Sheet/Figured Glass personnel.
2. Coordination of setting up Sales Goals and monitoring these to be achieved in time.
3. Planning, organizing special sales programmes based on sales records and market assessments / executes marketing activities.
4. Feedback report of customer, delivery location assurance and delivery terms, sales methods and reporting on daily visit reports and monthly projected visit reports from the sales team members.
5. Establishing contact from corporate office coordinator for stock management with Cooperation & ensuring implementation of administrative procedures related to dispatches.
6. Leading and managing the activities of Sales & Marketing Staff.
7. Referring tentative monthly demand of production of product line and any other expected client orders
8. Any other duties assigned by the management.
