Position KPI

•    Execution and monitoring of regular fraud controls/alarms for early fraud detection in line with TM Forum guidelines

•    Assist in development of Fraud Management Road map, identifying strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities within the current platforms being used

•    Handle subscriber related fraud complaints from call center and provide appropriate responses and resolutions

•    Leading investigation of suspected fraud cases and liaison with compliance and legal departments for fraud reaction

•    Research on fraud possibilities in all technical domains and suggesting preventive controls

•    Implementation of alignment with the strategy as per the Management guidelines

•    Monitoring and support of grey traffic control operations


Years of Experience

Minimum 4 years of total experience with at least 1 year in the area of Fraud Management (experience of Telecommunication Industry will be preferred).
