Position KPI

  • Working closely with all the stakeholders for Roadmap discussions and planning for FS Product Line.
  • POC for external stakeholders – Circle Interface for Planning Functions.
  • Conducting belt/cluster level analysis and preparing penetrative strategies for fulfilling circle business ambitions.
  • Responsible for Quality of Sales improvement initiatives  and keeping track of  Performance.
  • Evaluate expected challenges/risks and come up with mitigation strategy.
  • Regular Analysis of KPIs/performance overview for FS & GSM.
  • Develop Mitigation techniques for risks and ensure target achievements.
  • QOS analysis & future actions based on the outcome of analysis.
  • Analyze day to day Performance of channels & suggest required changes to effectively achieve the desired results / targets.
  • Close coordination with BI team to get Customer insights and consumer trends.
  • Provide performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions
