- POC for external stakeholders – Circle Interface for Planning Functions.
- Conducting belt/cluster level analysis and preparing penetrative strategies for fulfilling circle business ambitions.
- Responsible for Quality of Sales improvement initiatives and keeping track of Performance.
- Evaluate expected challenges/risks and come up with mitigation strategy.
- Regular Analysis of KPIs/performance overview for FS & GSM.
- Develop Mitigation techniques for risks and ensure target achievements.
- QOS analysis & future actions based on the outcome of analysis.
- Analyze day to day Performance of channels & suggest required changes to effectively achieve the desired results / targets.
- Close coordination with BI team to get Customer insights and consumer trends.
- Provide performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions
