Position KPI

  • Help customer understand best practices so they can do more with S2P application
  • Assist Architect in the design of the solution
  • Provide operational support for functional solution and integrations running in production and participate in war room when required
  • Set up/Configure and test the system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
  • Gain the trust of internal customer, team mates, and managers to make sure projects/line work get delivered
  •  Stay in the know on leading industry trends and features to give your internal customer the best solutions for their needs
