• Launch new products/services/promotions/campaigns & platforms to meet digital revenue & engagement targets
• Responsible to spear head and launch new Verticals, services that can increase 4G engagement (Education, Mobile Advertisement, 3rd party rewards etc.)
• Manage OTT Partnerships in selected categories to bring value for 4G customers. Ensure to meeting customer engagement KPI for such OTT partnerships (Categories to include retail discounts/Ecommerce/Ride hailing etc.)
• Manage enablement services portfolio such as direct carrier billing
• Manage digital content portfolio including VOD, LIVE TV, AOD, Gaming, Reading, etc.
• Responsible for end to end management of digital services including phases of conceptualization, planning, business case development, pricing, forecast/capacity scoping, vendor selection (RFI/RFP/RFQ), implementation & operations of assigned projects. .
• End to end Vendor/partner Management
• Identify requirements and new features based on market requirements, trends, competitive analysis and company's strategic direction
• Work with all internal & external stakeholders for improving existing systems, processes & SOPs to enhance revenue & customer experience on assigned products & services
