Years of Experience
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Business Strategy, Business planning, Segments, Pricing, Financial Planning.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Analyze global best practices, success stories of strategy execution, cases studies and execute strategy awareness plans for senior and middle management.
- Developing framework for analyzing CMPak position in the market compared to Other Mobile Operators in Marketing and Sales, Engineering, and Customer Care/Customer Experience.
- Based on industry trends and competitive analysis, guiding departments for ensuring that CAPEX investment and Operational Expenditures are going into the right direction and strategy aligned projects for out-performing competition and to positively contribute in gaining target market share.
- To enhance organizational performance, facilitate professional development, and build strategically necessary capabilities and competencies to help the Organization continue to grow and develop with a focus on key strategic pillars of CMPak.
