Alternate Channel Development:
• Development of alternate channels in line with company’s strategy and
decision which will be communicated from time to time;
• Extensive customer engagement C2C activities in urban/rural areas where
the network is in process of launching or upgrading;
• Ensure customer acquisition in NPS areas to increase subscriber base
through vendor resource.
Target Achievement:
• Ensure 100% target achievement of all assigned KPIs through alternate
channel vendors.
Vendor Management:
• Responsible for end-to-end vendor management as per their regional
requirement;
• Ensure deployment of adequate resources by the vendor in particular
areas;
• Responsible for training of vendor resource (DSOs) to sell Zong products
to the end customers;
• Responsible for the performance management of vendor and other
reporting staff;
• Responsible for route planning of vendor resource for daily activities.
