Position KPI

  • The main objective is to improve quality & engagement of existing Company subscribers and to reduce dormancy and churn
  • Customer Life Cycle Management, subscriber engagement, revenue enhancement of all subscriber base
  • Proactively manage customer churn using conventional & advanced analytics campaigns
  • To design & monitor different BTL campaigns being launched by Company
  • Pre and Post analysis of campaigns
  • Lead CVM Projects and Partnerships with different OTT players
  • Proactively design customer retention campaigns
