Overall 2 to 3 years of experience; preferably HR experience.
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
To be part of Compensation & Benefit function of HR and support the Sr. Manager Compensation & Benefits in ensuring smooth Management of various employee benefits and related operational activities of the function.
- Permanent staff monthly payroll file that includes LFA,s Fuel claims, Overtime claims.
- HR module of BOSS system which includes issuance of SIMS, activation of official numbers through bio metric device, activation & deactivation of employee package nationwide including interns and contractual staff.
- Maintain & handling of files related to Management approvals, and monthly payroll files etc.
- Ensuring complete documentation of employees upon joining and completing documentation for audit purpose.
- Scanning and filing of documents & end to end responsible for HR record room.
