1. Portfolio management through a close collaboration with assigned Key Accounts i.e. IMT / LMT and other corporate clients.
2. Conducting joint business planning to align business growth targets & identifying projects, initiatives to achieve those targets.
3. Regular business performance reviews with respective clients ensuring smooth executions of plans.
4. Negotiating annual contracts based upon the performance and targets for forthcoming year.
5. Designing promotions and trade offer plans while leading execution through internal stakeholders.
6. Negotiating and on-boarding new customers within assigned portfolio.
7. Preparing annual budgets for assigned portfolio, ensuring efficient utilization with high output at optimum cost.
8. Ensuring timely recoveries as per agreed credit terms with buyers.
9. Ensuring compliance to all internal SOPs and to external applicable laws.
