Years of Experience
A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in the relevant domain is required.
A Minimum Bachelors degree is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good command on English language
- Responsible for finding new agents in the region and maintaining a validation check on the enrolled data (i.e. keeping a check on Retailer ID, CNIC and TP MSISDN).
- Responsible for the enrollment of the agents by coordinating with the HQ through Bank.
- Monitoring and supervising checks on the completion & signing of the documents for agent's account opening and maintaining the status of these documents in the system Agent Activation.
- Ensuring the agent is activated and is successful at completing the initial transaction.
- Responsible for achieving the assigned targets by the HQ.
- Executing all projects related to Mobile Financial Services Complaint Handling.
- Maintain Follow ups with the complaints of the agents and handling them on daily basis.
