To guide and lead the GSM teams in the region, including both Sales & Services
Develop strategies to maintain and increase Market Share in GSM, Devices and Enterprise Solutions.
Create B2B NPS monitoring to keep a check on customer satisfaction
Be responsible for the P&L for the region
Develop monthly plans and channel wise strategy for the region in order to maximize revenue.
Monitor KPIs through regular reporting and analyses to assess regional performance.
Maintain visibility over competitor information and strategies and adapt accordingly
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on business deliverables and maximum value addition.
Relationship building and rapport development with the top tier of the company
Ensuring resolution of network /coverage matters of the region with respect to expansion.
To make and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to the Management and take decisions on challenges.
Ensuring high level presence in the Corporate, SME and government sector in the region
Develop and lead high performance teams that can deliver on the ambitions
Leadership role, responsible for end to end hi value and postpaid customer value chain, including segment, product, channel planning, servicing, collections and operations unit. The overall team size will be between 40 and 70.
Driving penetrative strategy into the assigned business verticals and enable the team to push the solutions and GSM portfolio to customers.
To ensure a strong regional sales pipeline of prospective customers
To keep track of the customer satisfaction in the region

To keep track of the market and competition activities in the region
Improvise on client needs and suggest befitting solutions to address client’s requirements
To coordinate with higher management for better coordination wherever required for high level customers
To work with pricing and product teams for proposals preparation according to customer needs
Market visits for high value existing and potential customers
To manage various customer engagement events
Work with the channel ennoblement team to develop yearly and quarterly strategy for various segments in the region
