- Project Management on daily status of new, ongoing and under construction projects.
- KPI monitoring for all company staff.
- 3- Policy marking and implementation of same in company for developing a string culture.
- 4- Planning, leading and executing people related events such as birthdays, theatre, dinner etc.
- 5- Responsible for office engagement not only for soft HR from People but Hard aspects such as office facilities.
- 6- Social media tractions such as Facebook page, website, Instagram etc.
- 7- Client interaction for requirement understanding and contractor management with respect to overall project management.
- 8- Support CEO with clients, vendors and overall calendar management.
- 9- HR record filings and management.
- 10- Updates from MEP sub consultant.
