To act as ERP Functional Consultant and providing support for financials implementation, analysis, requirement gathering and maintenance services for Company’s Group Business Units.
 Develop and Maintain new and existing functionality of Oracle/Workday financials.
 Support the business with knowledge and estimates around development of the solution
 Subject Matte Expert and Architect level roles in the project
 Ensure development are made based on the architecture guidelines, toolkit and development methodology and templates
 Recommend improvement and changes based on best practices within ERP
 Support continuous improvement within ERP & Business Processes
 Propose solution based upon industry standards and best practices
 Ensure solutions complies with regulations and security requirements

 Review & enhance Architecture of existing ERP solutions and participate actively in Architecture Board meetings.
 Align with the line manager on achieving the operational excellence
 Align with Domain architects for any new or existing enhancements in the application architecture
 Ensure smooth transition of Projects, activities to Ops
 Participate in Oracle/Workday financial implementations projects as subject matter expert
 Development and Test on the projects within functional domain
 Configuration/toolkit amendments and changes within ERP
 Take part & suggests improvements in testing Quality Assurance activities
 Development of change requested on basis of change in business requirements with functional domain
 Review configurations and recommend improvements to ensure developments are made based on architecture guidelines, toolkits and development methodology and templates.
