Primary Experience in
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping Circle P&L as per company requirements
Ensure achievement of assigned circle targets through selling of GSM, Enterprise Solutions (IoT, M2M, AMR, Corporate SMS, MPABX, Track Live, DPLC, IPT, School Platform, Sales force Automation, Mobile Advertisement, Track Live & M-Agri), Devices and Financial Services along with developing strategy to maximize sales volume and quality of acquired accounts over competitors.
Manage Sales & Service teams by developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, expense controls, portfolio management, retention / churn prevention, relationship up selling, collection and promoting the organization’s presence throughout the circle.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on business deliverables and maximum value addition.
Build Relationship and rapport development with the top tier of the company/customers
Penetrate in all segments SME, large corporate, government sector and lead large projects
Ensure high level of employee engagement, ennoblement and motivation
Prepare and execute proper succession plan
The Business Manager is involved in leading the sales to do daily visits to new and existing customers to mature new leads and to close new requirements from existing customers. Additionally he/she will be responsible for portolio management, up selling, churn prevention and timely collection from the existing customers through services team.
The Business Manager will drive penetrative strategy into the circle and enable the team to push the solutions, GSM, Devices and FS portfolio to customers.
Ensuring high level presence in the corporate sector
Ensuring resolution of network /coverage matters of the circle with respect to expansion
To make and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to the Management and can take decision on challenges
Monitor KPIs through regular reporting and analysis to assess Circle performance
To assist in product development and market penetration for enterprise solutions in the circle
Devise a strategy for increasing SME business volume and penetration
Maintain company acceptable P&L
Strong leadership skills with ability to engage resources
Capability to create strong enthusiasm and spirit
Drives high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards
