• A deep understanding and knowledge of the business drivers and threats relevant to the resources/energy sector in country;
• Experience from large and complex organizations in country, or with global working experience, ideally Oil & Gas or Resources sector experience;
• Excellent communicator – verbal and written

• Demonstrated excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, at all levels;

Position KPI

• Win and secure large accounts through contracts - reduce cycle time and increase hit rate. Identifies, Interacts, Negotiates and implements standards and agreements with customers.
• Identify and customize value proposition for large gold/platinum prospects/customers
• Integrates Shell total value proposition (Lubes, Fuels, Cards, Bitumen, Solar, Retail) for large gold/plat/national accounts.
• Work closely with the respective Product & planning teams on complex ideas/initiatives/contract negotiations (e.g. multi-year, multi-party, multi-country, multi-products)
• Build support and enables collaboration (influencing at various levels within and outside local organization - develop offers, agree Service Level Agreements, develop tracking and monitoring systems)
• Carry out the ground work to capitalize on projects and opportunities expected to come online in future through close co-ordination with the Planning commission (facilitate, engage, prepare, lead engagements with Local/international parties to capitalize on opportunities from Pak/China Economic Corridor development)
• Support Strategy / Portfolio in developing studies / deals as and when applicable. Accountable for all project development phases (Idea, Research, Develop, Implement, Close) including Investment Proposal / New Business Proposal approval as required; provide business support during the post execution phase. After delivery of the opportunity, hand over to Sector sales teams
• Develop, update and implement Account Plans covering products, services packages, contracts, prices, credit terms and credit limits for key customers and prospects (incl. national accounts, linked accounts)
