Provide administrative support to CEO
Manage dairy/calendar, appointments scheduling, arranging meetings and taking minutes of meeting.
Make all travel arrangements including visa, ticket booking, hotel booking and ensure other logistic support is in place.
Arrange events and activities on behalf of department & CEO including managing guest lists, invitations and supporting logistical arrangements.
Maintenance and filling of key documents.
Act as first point of contact for internal & external stakeholders.
Handle all inbound and outbound mails.
Manage all other Ad Hoc tasks as and when required.
